The Indoor high voltage Eartihng switch JN22-40.5/31.5 is new design type earthing switch . The design of advanced structure is simple and the technical performance is reliable , fit with standard GB1985-2004 <AC voltage load breaker swith and earthing switch > and standard IEC62271-102; 2002 . Lend itself to power systerm with indoor 40.5kV three phase alternating current 50(60)Hz . It can protect so many electrical equipments , and concurrent use with so many switchgears . Altitude is after 1000M . Or oil, etc.. The grounding switch needs to close short circuit current, must have certain short circuit closing capacity and dynamic and thermal stability. However, it does not need to break the load current and short circuit current, so there is no arc extinguishing device. The lower end of the gate knife is usually connected to the grounding point by the current Transformer. Current Transformer can give signal for relay protection. The grounding switches of all kinds of structures are unipolar, bipolar and tripolar. The unipole is used only for neutral point grounding system, and the bipolar and tripole are used for neutral point UnGrounded system.
The cabinet is large but easier to maintain. Medium case is large, but maintenance is more convenient. Ring case is small, but maintenance is not convenient.(Schneider SM6 now has a high voltage loop switch cabinet with special SFset circuit breaker. SGN1A-12(Z) small fixed separator, developed jointly, can achieve the basic function of medium case using ABB LEG(Z1)-12 circuit breaker, but the ring net case or small fixed compartment can be set up as a low voltage circuit breaker. Only according to the fixed mode of installation, so that when the circuit breaker failure, need to be replaced immediately, not only need to cut off the upper power supply, but also trouble to replace. It is convenient to replace the handcar switch.
So the current ring net cabinet is generally made maintenance free, but the cost is higher. For opening and closing stations, power substations, such as large power, the more important load to use the cabinet to protect. At present, Wuhan city according to the current power supply department requirements, generally choose ring cabinet, the installation capacity of the Transformer with its general requirements to control within 1250 KVA .
